Introduction
Global Resources Management Group (GRMG) and Partners are happy to announce that we are able to arrange shipments of coal from Tier One Australian coal suppliers to approved overseas Buyers.
Suppliers
All our coal suppliers are Australian Tier One companies.
Coal Quality
GRMG and Partners can arrange for supply of a range of thermal coals from approx 4500 to 6300 Kcal NCV, and also arrange for supply of coking coal.
Price
Since GRMG and Partners will act for the Buyer/client, we will strive to get the best prices and terms for the Buyer.
Service
GRMG and Partners will:
- review the terms and conditions of any Supply Contract
- provide the Buyer with technical assistance in relation to thermal and coking coal in Australia
- provide the Buyer with information and technical assistance in relation to the Product on offer
- confirm with the Supplier the detailed product specifications, proposed supply dates and pricing
- provide the Buyer with information about market conditions in Australia
- provide the Buyer with advice on freight logistics
Agreements
In the event of agreement being reached by the Buyer and the Supplier for the supply and purchase of thermal or coking coal, GRMG’s Partners will:
- assist in arranging the execution of a Supply Contract with the Supplier;
- assist in arranging the execution of other agreements with the Supplier; and
- comply with the buyer’s reasonable instructions to secure the Product from the Supplier.
